Redfoot were set the task of creating an eye catching and memorable direct mail campaign to shout about their incredible number of label solutions.
The 'reasons' campaign was born, which has had amazing results. With over £135K pounds of business opportunity generated as a result.
Printed mail outs were just one of the avenues this campaign ran, along with email marketing to direct traffic to their website.

What to do when
With each mailer Piroto wanted to show off one of their 56,056 amazing label solutions. They each needed to be something memorable to avoid being filed in the bin. So Redfoot came up with the idea of giving away something useful, but at the same time demonstrating one of Piroto's innovative label solution.
Over the campaign, give-aways such as luggage tags for the coming summer holidays, scratch card competitions, Christmas presents tags and colour changing labels were created.
These magic labels shown above are ideal for those bank holiday BBQ's, as they let you know when your beer is cold enough to drink. The clever inks in the labels change colour or reveal when they drop to the correct temperature.

...Think of something better
One of Piroto's USP is the ability to help trace food products from source to warehouse and then to the retailer. Piroto asked us to come up with a visual way of showing their problem solving solutions in this area.
The traceability puzzle was born. We took a typical scenario that highlighted some of the problems that arise when handling foods goods. This took the form of a puzzle of goods moving through a factory. The puzzle tray highlighted the problem and the pieces featured the tag or label solution.
The last piece of the puzzle was a peel and reveal label with a competition code.
Love it, hate it
Everyone loves for football...don't they?
As its a year of the worlds biggest footballing event, Piroto wanted to use this to again show off thier labelling solutions.
Conscious that football isn't everyone's cup of tea, it needed to appeal to both footie fan and football hater. This gave us the opportunity to reintroduce one of the elements from the successful 'reasons' campaign, holiday luggage tags. This was particularly popular, as customers continued to ring up for more luggage tags long after the campaign had finished.
The tags were placed inside the ready to go sweepstake kit mailer, which then makes up into a desktop table tower. Either embracing it all or getting away from it with the tags.
Piroto have already had requests for more from customers, some using them to help raise money for charity. Together Piroto and Redfoot are helping make a difference.
